I get you as we often would like life to make some changes in our life but not sure to go about it or we set goals that are too big and often feel overwhelmed and stop completely....sound familiar?? The key is to take small manageable steps and have someone to guide and support you and help you stay on track. It's also good to have someone to be accountable to so you take action to achieve your goals. I look forward to connecting with you,

Sometimes there’s a slight edge between doing something and doing nothing.
It’s easy to put it off.
Easy to stay comfortable.
Easy to tell yourself, “tomorrow.”
But sometimes you just have to push through.
Do the thing. Take the step. Keep goin even when it would be easier not to.
That little extra effort can make all the difference. 🔥
I actually LOVE Mondays! 😍 Not like most… because I’m my own boss and get to do work I truly love. ❤️
But before the work begins, it’s all about me - meditation, gym workout, and setting my intentions for the week ahead. 💯💃✨
Starting the week with gratitude, purpose, and the right energy! 🙏❤️

✨ Flashback to two weeks ago on my last day in Abu Dhabi ✨
What a fabulous summer in Dubai! ☀️🇦🇪 Two months of cat sitting, amazing experiences, unforgettable moments, and I honestly can’t wait to go back. ❤️ 🇦🇪✨
Sometimes we convince ourselves that we’re not enough
So we wear a mask and we hide the parts of ourselves we think won’t be accepted.
We change, shrink, and shape ourselves to fit in.
We are all unique and different
and enough exactly as we are
Take off the mask and be YOU 💃👏
Nice to escape from the city to the mountains 🌄🐪🏜️❤️
Train adventure today from Abu Dhabi to Fujairah!! 🚂😎❤️
