✨ A special first gathering for our Les Roches Alumni in Saigon! ✨

Last week, a small group of Les Roches alumni came together in Saigon for an informal evening at Tiệm Mái Ngói Restaurant - marking what may be the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our alumni community in Vietnam.

Sometimes it’s the smaller gatherings that create the strongest connections. The evening brought together alumni for meaningful conversations, shared stories, and the familiar Les Roches spirit that instantly makes every gathering feel like reconnecting with family.

A special thank you to Quang Nguyen, Les Roches Alumni Ambassador and RVP, for bringing everyone together and taking the initiative to create this opportunity for our community in Saigon.

Every thriving alumni chapter starts somewhere, and we’re excited to see where this journey leads. We look forward to welcoming even more alumni to future gatherings as the Les Roches network in Vietnam continues to grow! 🥂

✨ A wonderful summer evening with our Les Roches & Glion Alumni in Luxembourg! ✨

Last week, alumni from Les Roches and Glion gathered high above the city at the rooftop of Mama Shelter Luxembourg for a relaxed evening of connection, conversation, and shared hospitality spirit.

Set in the heart of Luxembourg’s vibrant Kirchberg district, surrounded by the European institutions and the city’s business centre, the gathering offered the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. With great music, panoramic views, and a welcoming atmosphere, the night brought together alumni from both communities for meaningful conversations and new connections.

A heartfelt thank you to Guillaume Houdremont, Les Roches Alumni Ambassador, for organizing and hosting another fantastic gathering and continuing to strengthen our growing alumni community in Luxembourg.

Whether reconnecting with familiar faces or meeting new ones for the first time, evenings like these remind us how valuable and far-reaching our alumni networks can be.

✨ An incredible first chapter for our Les Roches Alumni in Georgia!✨

Last week, we celebrated a major milestone with the very first Les Roches Alumni Gathering in Tbilisi - and what an amazing beginning it was. With more than 30 alumni joining, the evening exceeded expectations and marked the exciting launch of the Georgia Chapter in unforgettable fashion.

Hosted at the Michelin Guide-listed Hotel Afisha, the evening brought together an inspiring mix of alumni for a night filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and the unmistakable Les Roches spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to Ketevan (Keti) Nadareishvili, Les Roches alumna and GM at Afisha, for being part of this special moment, and to everyone who joined and contributed to such a warm and vibrant atmosphere.

We were also delighted that this gathering coincided with the visit of Anne Grelle, Alumni Relations Manager, making the launch of this new community even more meaningful.

Every alumni chapter begins with a first step - and judging by the incredible turnout and energy in the room, the future of the Les Roches community in Georgia is looking very bright.

This was only the beginning. We can’t wait to see what comes next! 🥂

✨ Another unforgettable evening with our Les Roches Alumni in London! ✨

Two weeks ago, our London alumni community came together once again at The Brompton Cross for a vibrant evening filled with familiar faces, new connections, great conversations, and the unmistakable Les Roches spirit.

With an incredible atmosphere throughout the night, alumni from across generations and campuses gathered to reconnect, network, and celebrate the strength of one of our most active and fast-growing alumni communities worldwide. From welcome cocktails to lively discussions and plenty of laughter, the energy in the room reminded us exactly why these gatherings continue to grow each time.

A huge thank you to Charlie Higginbottom, UK Chapter Ambassador, and James Ramsden, President of the Les Roches Alumni Executive Board, for hosting and organizing another fantastic soirée in the heart of South Kensington.

It was especially wonderful to see so many returning alumni alongside new faces joining for the very first time - proof that the London Les Roches network continues to thrive and evolve with every gathering.

Thank you to everyone who attended and made the evening so special. We’re already looking forward to the next edition… and there may even be some exciting new formats coming soon! 🥂✨

🌟 Alumni Spotlight: Ali Ghaleb Buzeyan
Project Manager (Pre-Opening), Seiler Constantin | Les Roches BBA ’09 (Hotel Management, Marketing)

With 15+ years of management experience in demanding luxury hospitality environments, Ali Ghaleb Buzeyan has developed deep operational discipline and a strong commitment to service excellence. A Les Roches BBA graduate (2009, Hotel Management with specialisation in Marketing), he completed a capstone project on developing an eco-friendly hotel in Hong Kong - researching sustainable design, energy efficiency, and eco-tourism trends that foreshadowed his future focus on systems and scalability.

Ali currently serves as Project Manager (Pre-Opening) for Seiler Constantin, a new collection of independent Swiss hotels launching with Le Clay in Puidoux, Switzerland, in late summer 2026. The 105-room property sits among UNESCO-listed vineyards above Lake Geneva, spanning 35 hectares with lake-view suites, restaurants, bars, a cigar lounge, and wellness facilities including Hyrox’s first hotel gym partnership. Ali designed the scalable technology ecosystem supporting the launch.

Excitingly, Seiler Constantin’s second property, Le Dew, is scheduled to open in 2029 in Bluche - right where the Les Roches Crans-Montana campus is located. Founded by hotelier André Seiler (family legacy includes Mont Cervin Palace and Monte Rosa in Zermatt) and entrepreneur/architect Christian Constantin, the collection brings a fresh perspective to Swiss hospitality with contemporary, understated hotels that offer space to think, breathe, and reconnect with Swiss landscapes.

Previously, Ali served as Interim COO at Hôtel de Rougemont & SPA, where he automated workflows with AI, cutting manual tasks by 30%. His experience also extends beyond hospitality into healthcare, where he structured and scaled an orthodontic clinic by implementing SOPs, financial systems, and digital workflows - a model he later applied internationally in the Middle East to support scalable, efficient operations.

His career spans front office leadership at Hotel Royal Savoy Lausanne, night management at Starling Geneva and Le Mirador Resort & Spa, and management training at Four Seasons Terre Blanche. He recently completed executive teaching at EHL (Oct-Dec 2025).

Ali’s philosophy is clear: “Fix the system, not the people.” He aligns people, processes, technology, and data to create sustainable performance and resilient organisations.
