My unpublished book FLOC about a polar bear who feels everything deeply, was longlisted for the unpublishd picturebook showcase ❤️🥰I didn't make it to the final, but still very proud of my little polar bear who keeps sending me signs so i don't forget him 🥺😂 Now I'm taking it on a trip to Italy.

October 10th is Mental Health day.
There's no shame in asking for help if you need it. Actually it's brave, very brave to realize you can't make it alone, for a long time I wondered why I felt the way I felt if I belived in God, shouldn't I feel good? That even made it worse, yes ask God for help, to heal you and if you need it also seek a professional because the Lord made them too.

In my experience the best way is both together. Cooperating
