Last week we brought the whole team to our offices in Madrid to celebrate Christmas Day 🎅🏼

The day was all about fun and team building. After getting tested to make sure everyone was covid-free, we started the day with a treasure hunt in the centre of Madrid where we got a history lesson and learned a lot about Madrid and its hidden gems 👑

When we got back to the office, we played Secret Santa in the office, and we danced and had delicious food until our feet started to hurt 💃🏼

We are beyond happy to announce that Geoblink has been awarded the Madrid Flexible Company Award 2021 for promoting equality and family welfare at work! 🚀

We'd also like to offer our congratulations to the other winners: Indra, AstraZeneca and Adecco.

We are so proud to have been recognised as an example of best practices in terms of flexibility and work-life balance, as this is something that we cherish and support as a company and as a team. We truly believe that having a healthy work-life balance is key when it comes to employee satisfaction which ultimately results in higher productivity and overall happiness in the workplace.

Yesterday we had our first in the new office organised by the amazing duo - Dani & Bego. New got to learn a lot about the company and the team and we got to know a lot about them as well.

We also tested the knowledge of our longtime - let's just say they did an amazing job - just look at their faces!

Having a hybrid company has many perks. We've had many Geoblinkers join Geoblink remotely from all over Europe in the last year, so we decided to start having a “Welcoming Breakfast” from time to time to get to know the new joiners in a more informal environment.

This is the first Welcoming Breakfast out of many to come in our new office and we're beyond excited! 🙌🏼

Today, for the first time in a long time, we have held our monthly team meeting from the office. The first of many! 🙌🏼💃🏼

Ana joined Geoblink as Strategy & Business Development Manager in 2018. In 2019, she became our Product Manager and since then she's had a major impact on pretty much every initiative she's been leading!

Here at Geoblink we are proud and committed to gender  , as part of that, every year we celebrate together the  ’sDay on the 8th of March.

Today, the Geoblink   Council organised an event focused on the UN’s   solidarity movement.   is an invitation for men and people of all genders to stand in solidarity with women to create a bold, visible and united force for gender  .

We also had an open discussion about the movement, as well as creating some action points amongst the teams. We asked - What commitment each of us is willing to make to fight for gender equality throughout the year?
