Yema Cake is a dessert among our fellow Filipinos, it is made with soft chiffon cake covered with custard filling populary known as yema in our country.
Our Yema Cake is topped with grated cheese and decorated with buttercream frosting. In some occasions our cake is filled with sliced salted egg to compliment the sweetness of custard filling.
