Starting the new year combining Mind Body & Soul for a new series based on anatomical illustrations. Inspired by workouts and personal training, the connection of mind and muscle is now translating into a new art series. John me as we explore the body, fitness and historical medical illustrations now combine assemblages.

In the case of a workout, unlike life, adding some instability can help encourage new muscle growth. Today, we used the Bosu Ball during seated cable crossovers. Mic things up and have fun.

When you’re in Brevard or need a reason to visit the South, come to the King Street Gym and workout with the dogs. Richey and Hanna will be there to lend a hand. I couldn’t resist taking off my shirt and doing a few squats. Miss my home team, but finding King Street Gym felt like home away from home. 💪🏋️💪🏋️

The journey of fitness is for all ages. It’s not just physical fitness, it’s mental and soulful fitness. My journey started six months ago. I’ve learned so much and hope to share all of this with you. Just remember, if you’re not good to yourself, you can’t be good for others. Be your best and then pay it forward.

Taking a drive with my brother and his Rottweiler, Pig. There are certain songs that make him want to sign. Such a fun moment. Normally, he’s a quiet soul.
