Add a weekly radioshow on balearic revelation station MUSIC FOR DREAMS radio, his own bands SOLAR MOON and DUBTROPICAL, established recording projects like CHIN CHILLAZ or BEACH MESSIAH & GEORGE SOLAR, compilation series like COMFY DUB as well as studio/live percussion work (for a.o. slowhouse darlings PAAX TULUM or dancehall godfather JOHNNY OSBOURNE) and music curation for organic venues like Ibiza’s finest eco hotel CAN MARTI - you might catch a glimpse of what a life completely immersed in music could sound, look & feel like. Lately, George started a new recording project with balearic superhero CHRIS COCO, writes for his DUBTROPICAL ALLSTARS and finally adds finishing touches to his first solo effort - with a 4track EP on NU NORTHERN SOUL scheduled for Sept. 2021. After 35 years in the music biz as a percussionist, label manager, producer, remixer and DJ with over 200 compilation contributions plus a yearly average of 150 gigs under the belt, chances are it’s about time.
