Improved Charging System: We have taken the reliability of our charging system a step further by sourcing cooling water for the regulator/rectifier from the cylinder head instead of the exhaust manifold. This ensures that the 1.9L HO marine engine's water-cooled regulator/rectifier operates at maximum efficiency, providing ample power to support today's advanced onboard electronics. This means you can enjoy peace of mind, knowing that your electronics are powered reliably.

2. Crisper Throttle Response: To deliver a smoother and more responsive throttle experience, we have removed the taper on the new throttle body. This improvement makes our 1.9L HO engine a true competitor to other brands' supercharged motors. It also boasts a new throttle body design that offers better protection to vital electronics during service procedures.

3. Easier Maintenance: We understand the importance of hassle-free maintenance, which is why we have made it easier than ever with the new 1.9L HO engine. With a relocated oil fill and thermostat, you can access them with ease. The crankcase assembly features a new shape, and we have improved the access for maintenance at the cam gear location. This ensures better oil flow throughout the engine, resulting in improved lubrication and cooling. Additionally, the new intake manifold design makes engine removal a breeze thanks to its long runners and flatter outside shape.

To top it off, we have given the new 1.9L HO marine engine a modernized look with an all-new black anodized engine cover and exhaust manifold. Not only does it exude sleekness and power, but the engine cover also incorporates plant-derived cellulose nanofiber (CNF) reinforced resin. This innovative material is more than 25 percent lighter than existing resin materials and has excellent material recyclability, reducing plastics usage and greenhouse gas emissions.
