By manufacturing close to home, Bossauto can offer flexible delivery and financing conditions that are simply not common when sourcing from Asian suppliers.
But proximity is only part of the story. Even though many of our products are plastic-based, our production processes are designed to minimize waste at every stage.
In our thermoformed cup lamination, we use an A-B-A system: virgin material on the outer layers and recovered recycled material on the inner layer, while any process scrap is reintroduced back into production.
In injection molding, scrap is kept to a minimum, and some products — like our mixing sticks — are made directly from recycled material.
Our packaging is also designed with sustainability in mind, combining recycled cardboard with material from controlled forestry.
On top of that, our facility runs partly on solar energy, and we maintain strict occupational safety standards, including PPE, CE-certified machinery, and physical safety barriers, all supervised by an external auditor.
