Recibir la Invitation Letter es una gran noticia, pero también marca el comienzo de una de las fases más intensas: la preparación de la subvención.

Aunque la financiación 💶 todavía no es definitiva, los plazos ya están en marcha y el consorcio debe coordinarse para comprobar la validación de las entidades, repartir responsabilidades, gestionar las firmas y organizar los siguientes pasos.

En este momento hay 6️⃣ decisiones que conviene tomar cuanto antes para que las primeras gestiones avancen con orden y cada entidad sepa claramente qué tiene que hacer.

Esta semana hemos cerrado la primera etapa de nuestra formación con el Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo - INSST antes de la pausa de verano.

Durante estas tres primeras sesiones hemos trabajado cuestiones clave para participar en proyectos europeos con una estrategia clara: cómo preparar internamente la participación, qué oportunidades encajan mejor con la organización, cómo reforzar su posicionamiento europeo y qué alianzas necesita 🇪🇺

⏸️ Ahora nos despedimos por unas semanas del equipo del INSST. A la vuelta del verano continuaremos con nuevas sesiones y con otras formaciones que ya estamos preparando.

The HIGHRES Project has received this recognition, bringing back one of the main lessons we learned through the project: diverse expertise creates greater value when it is supported by clear communication, mutual trust and strong coordination.

In our role leading project coordination, communication and dissemination, we helped bring different perspectives, working cultures and areas of expertise together around a shared direction 🤝

🗯️ The project also required a communication approach carefully tailored to Intangible Cultural Heritage. This meant presenting cultural and educational content sensitively and clearly, while connecting the technical work with the human stories behind it.

Beyond the recognition itself, leaves us with something equally valuable: stronger ways of working and insights that are already finding their place in new collaborations 🇪🇺

Yesterday, the conversation about the present and future of in Spain 🇪🇸 was happening in Barcelona, and we didn't want to miss out!

Our Horizon Europe coordinator, Jorge Contreras Ubric, attended the 13th Conference of the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation in Spain, organised by at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya.

Under the title “Between two Programmes, Horizon Europe”, the event focused on the latest updates to the current programme and the first insights into the future Framework Programme starting in 2028.

💡 At a time when the 2021-2027 is entering its final phase, and the future programme is expected to increase from 💶 €95,000 million to €175,000 million, this is an opportunity to look beyond the current calls and start reading the direction of the next hashtag landscape.

Attending this kind of event helps us connect with 🤝 the key actors driving R&I participation in Spain, while strengthening the way we support organisations participating in 🇪🇺

👉 This week, our colleague Jorge Contreras, specialising in and , attended the II Encuentro Impronta Andalucía, organised by the Universidad de Granada and the IAAP - Instituto Andaluz de Administración Pública.

The event brought together institutions, organisations, and professionals to reflect on culture, heritage, city and territory, with 2031 Granada 🔑 at the heart of the conversation.

Following the opening day on 9 June, the work moved on to six co-creation roundtables yesterday. Jorge took part in the session on 💬 and cultural entrepreneurship, a key area for strengthening the local cultural ecosystem.
