We are looking for a super organised office admin and logistics assistant to join the growing marketing team!

A brief description of key responsibilities -

- Manage the booking diary
- Organise all invoices for events & suppliers
- Manage all ground transport for third party vendors
- Ensure all third party suppliers paperwork is in order
- Manage the PO system
- Work with the marketing director to sign off on event purchases
- Book and manage accommodation for visitors

This role is ideal for the student schedule and recent graduates.

This will be remote working for the time being.

In this role you will support the marketing team to deliver the brand in written form across the full spectrum of business requirements.

You will be responsible for bringing the brand to life in a consistent way that drives impact and enhances our message.

You will be translating video and media content providing subtitles. You will refer to online translation tools to perfect the translation required.
You will also have an excellent grasp of grammar and knowledge on specific subjects.
