The OSTRO VAM is the beating heart of the Factor road range. The bike that sets all the standards. It’s the synergy of aerodynamics, lightness, stiffness, and control. Designed by cyclists, scientifically developed, and manufactured in our own factory, the OSTRO VAM sets the standard for the ultimate modern racing bike thanks to state-of-the-art design and engineering.

With wins over the years as varied as Tour de France stages at the top of the Puy de Dôme and over the cobbles of Roubaix, to the most recent Modern Adventure success in Wallonie, the Factor OSTRO VAM has consistently proved itself capable of tackling any type of terrain.

Factor is thrilled to announce that we will be taking on the role of co-sponsor for Modern Adventure Pro Cycling starting in 2027. The team will be called Modern Adventure Factor Racing and is committed to give American riders a professional home, a credible route forward, and a team with the ambition to take them to the Tour de France by 2030.

Modern Adventure’s recent successes and overall strong performances throughout its first season emphatically confirm the potential of the project. It’s a project that Factor believes in deeply. What began as a founding technical partnership in the team’s first year of racing now becomes a deeper commitment to team building, supporting recruitment, rider development, performance infrastructure, and closer collaboration between Factor’s engineers, athletes, and technical staff.

This is not a sponsorship built around a logo on a jersey. It is a long-term investment in a team, a pathway, and a future for American riders with the ambition to reach the sport’s biggest stage.

MONZA is race performance built for the reality outside the WorldTour.

It carries the handling DNA, aero intent, and visual authority of Factor’s race platforms, but is tuned for riders whose bikes do more than wait for race day. Riders who ride hard before work, pin on a number, fit lights and radar, carry tools, chase moves, and still need the bike to be ready again tomorrow. As Cycling Weekly put it: “Race-bike handling in a more practical package. What’s not to like?”

MONZA is not an endurance bike in disguise. It is not a diluted race bike. It is a focused expression of speed with the durability, fit logic, tyre clearance, storage, and serviceability that make sense for committed riders using one bike across real riding, real roads, and real pressure.

Within the Factor road range, MONZA sits with purpose: less extreme than ONE, more accessible than OSTRO VAM, more versatile than a pure climbing platform, but still unmistakably Factor: fast, controlled, engineered, and built to be ridden hard.

What else is there to say about this year’s Unbound? It was brutal. It was epic. It was insane. It was why we love gravel racing. To see athletes push themselves to the limit, and then push a little more, is always awe-inspiring. Sometimes we wish they would be a little easier on themselves. But then again, we know these are the types of days that take on a second life in cycling lore.

Factor Tech Manager, Cole Weldon, acted as a member of the support crew for Factor Racing at Unbound 200. Though perhaps he and his fellow crew members didn’t suffer quite as much on that gruelling day as the athletes racing, his story goes deep into what makes this sport so exceptional. Nearly a year after taking what can arguably be called the biggest victory of his career, Rob Britton is back in Kansas to defend his stunning win at Unbound XL. This time he will be aboard the Factor SARANA, which during development, was often simply referred to as the “Rob Britton Bike.”

So much can happen in 20+ hours of racing through the flint hills of Kansas, but Rob will line up at the start knowing that he has the equipment to get him through the difficulties.

Systematically designed to address the needs of the modern racer, the Factor road bike range offers multiple answers to the question we all ask ourselves: what’s the best racing bike for my types of events?

With the ONE, the OSTRO VAM, and the MONZA, you can find your perfect match, with a varying mixture of practicality and performance. From the hyper-aerodynamic ONE to the Roubaix-durability of the MONZA, and the “Best Overall Performance” of the OSTRO VAM, Factor makes the ideal road bike for your biggest goals.

Crashing the ultra endurance party, the SARANA has only just been released, but it has already won TRAKA 560 and ridden halfway across Canada in nine days. But it’s not just a bike for the likes of Factor Racing’s Victor Bosoni and Rob Britton. Its intelligent geometry, smart storage, and versatility, typified by the ability to run a rigid or suspension fork without impacting the handling, make the SARANA an ideal option for everyone from beginner to bonkers ultra rider.

Taking the biggest win of her career on the hardest mountain climb in the European peloton, Petra Stiasny’s victory at the top of the Angliru came as a huge surprise to nearly everyone, except those who know just how exceptional a climber she really is. Riding her Factor O2 VAM, she dropped all the strongest general classification competitors to win spectacularly solo.

It’s hard winning bike races. When riders who rarely win, take a big win ahead of the best in the world, it makes it all the sweeter. And when that happens on a Factor that has been developed and designed for that exact use scenario, it makes the whole Factor team very proud to see such an emphatic proof of product.

This wasn’t the first time that has happened, and it won’t be the last. But it may have been the most breathless. Herzlichen Glückwunsch, congratulations to Petra Stiasny and the whole Human Powered Health team.
