So on this property, we did a complete reform
We are not going to list everything that we have done to the property

So let’s start with the tiling
We tiled all of the floors, terraces and bathroom walls in the same tile

Let’s look at the woodwork
So all the furniture you can see is made from.the same colour Wood.

All of the internal doors have been replaced to a timeless white door with black hinges and hardware

Air-conditioning is all brand-new with Samsung units.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances and porcelain worktop
The island bar is fitted with an induction extracting cooking plate

The whole house inside and out is freshly decorated to very neutral colours and looks very modern

The windows and doors have all been replaced to very good quality UPVC double glazed units

The property comes fully furnished with a luxury furniture package.

The property is on the edge Torreblanca (fuengirola). Very close to the new up and coming Higureon estate.

So one of our customers asked if we could help with their garden fencing, the old fencing looked almost prison like
So we’ve installed jumbo bamboo with sections of greenery to help brake up the long walls

And then the doors were taken off and professionally sprayed to a Saturn white finish
