Learn and Play English; Recolecta de zanahorias 🥕🥕🥕
En la sesión de inglés nuestros/as niños y niñas aprenden vocabulario relacionado con el huerto y el color naranja. Proponemos un escenario en el que pueden reforzar la práctica de la pinza digital para simular la recolecta de zanahorias.
En la etapa infantil es de gran importancia desarrollar fuerza y destreza de la pinza digital con vistas a adoptar una forma adecuada para coger el lápiz y escribir.

Learn and Play English; Carrot Harvest 🥕🥕🥕
In our English class, the children learn vocabulary related to the garden and the color orange. We create a scenario where they can practice their pincer grip by pretending to harvest carrots.
In early childhood, it is very important to develop the strength and dexterity of the pincer grip in order to adopt the proper way to hold a pencil and write.

El estudio de los gusanos de seda en educación infantil es un recurso pedagógico excelente para observar la metamorfosis, fomentando la responsabilidad, la paciencia y el interés por la naturaleza. Nuestros/as niños y niñas observan gusanos seda y comentamos que les gusta comer hojas de morera, se mueven despacio y cuando crecen se convierten en bonitas mariposas.

3rd Term Project: EXPLORERS; Worms 🐛🦋
Studying silkworms in early years education is an excellent teaching resource for observing metamorphosis, fostering responsibility, patience and an interest in nature. Our children observe silkworms and we discuss how they like to eat mulberry leaves, move slowly and, when they grow up, turn into beautiful butterflies.

Cada 17 de mayo se celebra el Día Internacional del Reciclaje con el objetivo de concienciar sobre la importancia de tratar los desechos según sus características y cualidades, para evitar contribuir al cambio climático, y proteger el medio ambiente
Con pequeños gestos diarios podemos minimizar la cantidad de residuos que producimos a diario mostramos a nuestros/as niños y niñas cómo reutilizar materiales dándoles una nueva función.

17 May 2026. World Recycling Day ♻
Every May 17th, the International Recycling Day is celebrated with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of treating waste according to its characteristics and qualities, to avoid contributing to climate change and to protect the environment.
With small daily gestures we can minimise the amount of waste we produce every day. We show our children how to reuse materials by giving them a new function.

15 de Mayo 2026. Día Internacional de la Familia
“La Familia es el mejor lugar para ser feliz”
En 1998 la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas proclamó ese año como el Año Internacional de la Familia. Más tarde se fijó el 15 de mayo como el Día Internacional de las Familias. El objetivo de este día es concienciar sobre el papel fundamental de las familias en la educación de los niños y niñas desde su infancia y reflexionar acerca de cómo les afectan los procesos sociales, económicos y demográficos.
El núcleo familiar, indistintamente del tipo que sea, es el primer foco educativo del que los niños y niñas reciben aprendizaje, afecto y principios de vida.

15 May 2026. International Day of Families
‘The family is the best place to be happy’
In 1998, the United Nations General Assembly proclaimed that year as the International Year of the Family. Later, 15 May was designated as the International Day of Families. The aim of this day is to raise awareness of the fundamental role of families in the education of children from infancy and to reflect on how social, economic and demographic processes affect them.
The family unit, regardless of its type, is the first educational focus from which children receive learning, affection and life principles.

Proyecto 3er Trimestre EXPLORADORES; Panal
Las amigas abejas viven en colmenas; es su hogar y también su lugar de trabajo ya que en el panal fabrican miel mediante un proceso natural tras recolectar néctar, transformarlo enzimáticamente en su buche melario y depositándolo en celdas hexagonales.
Nuestros/as niños y niñas colorean de color amarillo el panal que aparece en sus láminas

3rd Term Project: EXPLORERS; Honeycomb
The bees live in hives; this is their home and also their workplace, as it is in the honeycomb that they produce honey through a natural process after collecting nectar, breaking it down enzymatically in their honey stomach and depositing it in hexagonal cells.
