Como el escultor ante la piedra, cada proyecto comienza con una mirada atenta, para entender la materia, el lugar y sus límites. El patio, de nuevo y como siempre ha sido, vuelve a ser un punto de encuentro. Bajo la sombra ligera, que recuerda a las siestas bajo parras mallorquinas, invita a parar, compartir y respirar. En este espacio renovado por Miquel Riera Construcciones, la Cooperativa recupera su dimensión más humana: un lugar donde las personas se cruzan, charlan, se reconocen. Un pequeño refugio exterior que huele a tradición y a tierra trabajada, hecho para tejer comunidad.

The patio, once again and as it has always been, becomes a meeting point. Under its light shade, evoking those Mallorcan siestas beneath old vines: it invites you to pause, share, and breathe. In this renewed space by Miquel Riera Construcciones, the Cooperativa recovers its most human dimension: a place where people cross paths, talk, and recognise each other. A small outdoor refuge that smells of tradition and worked earth, made to weave community.

En Sa Cooperativa Artà, los ventanales conectan el interior con la calle, con la plaza, con la vida real que late fuera tras la reforma de Miquel Riera Construcciones. Reorganizando los espacios para que todo fluya. La arquitectura se vuelve conversación: lo que sucede dentro responde a lo que ocurre fuera, y el edificio vuelve a sentirse parte del pueblo que lo rodea.
At Sa Cooperativa Artà, the large windows reconnect the interior with the street, the square, and the real life pulsing outside after the renovation by Miquel Riera Construcciones. The spaces are reorganized so everything flows naturally. Architecture becomes a conversation: what happens inside responds to what unfolds outside, and the building once again feels like a true part of the village that surrounds it.
