Fabulous piece on Vejer in Saturday’s Telegraph. Did you know that Casa Roma is within easy walking distance of all the restarants mentioned, and is the perfect base for a family, or a group of friends.

Inside one of Spain's most beautiful villages (officially) The Daily Mail's Dominic Midgley visited the southern Spanish hill town of Vejer de la Frontera. He stayed at a luxury hotel owned by the Scotsman who has helped the town gain a global reputation.

Lunch started with melon & mint gazpacho, topped with diced Jamón Iberico from followed by lots of Moroccan inspired veggie dishes & BBQ marinated chicken. And that's after we snacked on chermoula filled fried boquerones and Pepi's croquetas de jamón!!! And then before we collapsed we dived into our homemade gluten free chocolate & almond cake, covered with PX Sherry soaked raisins, creme fraiche on the side.
