Villa Rafael

Our Story

Gorgeous, spacious and sunny villa designed over 2 floors with the entrance onto a large verandah overlooking the sea.

The main entrance level consists of a large lounge with flat screen Smart TV and open fireplace; a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob and microwave; small utility room with modern washing machine and dishwasher.

The first of the 4 double bedrooms is also on this floor and this double has a very large en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have large fitted cupboards and chests of drawers.

Downstairs, with access by an internal staircase, there are 3 more double bedrooms and 2 separate large bathrooms.

Two of the downstairs bedrooms have twin beds and the other is a lovely double bedroom that overlooks the pool and catches the morning and evening sunlight.

A short corridor leads to the BBQ, covered verandah with lightig for evening use, and a large pool area that has ample space for sunbathing with 8 sunbeds and new outdoor furniture. There is also a large balcony area with ample seating and views of the sea and El Portet beach.

The villa has hot/cold air con in all rooms and there are new mattresses, bed linen and towels for guests.

Child stair gates are also available on request, along with a high-chair, a cot, blackout blinds and a large selection of children's toys for family use.

Please note that the pool is very safe with a balustrade around the top end of the pool, new non-slip tiles around the pool, as well as lockable metal gates upstairs and downstairs for added safety, thus making Villa Rafael very family-friendly.

There is also a large astro-turf area around the side of the villa for general play that has a trampoline and tennis net for children.
