Day 5: Saying Farewell

This was my final day before the Board Meeting and I had to say ‘farewell’ to my AMAZING host family!

Aneta and her family welcomed me with open arms, shared their home, prepared wonderful meals and were the BEST hosts you could ask for!

Aneta, Jeremy, Sophia & Alex THANK YOU for the laughter, stories, and so much more!

Day 4: Bletchley Park

I’m finally home and finishing my UK visit recap.

Day 4 was a GORGEOUS day of walking through history as Aneta and I visited Bletchley Park!

We stood in Alan Turing’s office and visited the library and huts where so many lived and worked to crack the Enigma machine!

It was super cool to read so many of the stories from those who were there…..also inspiring to see all of the work done by women to help the cause!

Day 3: Visit to L’Acoustics

Today I was able to experience one of the most AMAZING demos of Immersive Audio at .acoustics.creations

I visited one of my good friends .creations with and Emma from in London to hear a demo that STILL has me with chills!

If you’ve never truly experienced what they mean by saying with L’Acoustics, you’re really missing out!

Thanks for being such an AMAZING host Nick….I can’t wait to go home and visit .creations when I get home!

Day 2: Visit to Pulse Cinemas

What they have done at their facility is INSPIRING and they were exceptionally hospitable!

Day 1: Trip to the UK

I made it to London and then to the offices where I caught up with and the rest of AWESOME crew at the UK offices!

Day One of Lightapalooza is in the books!

It was a successful day of learning and meeting up with industry friends!

Back off to a full day of classes and a show floor all focused on providing our clients with the best experience with lighting in their space!
