The IESE Alumni Association works to strengthen ties between the 38,000 IESE alumni and IESE, and among the 38,000 alumni themselves. It was created at the end of the first senior management program in 1959 as proof of the satisfaction and appreciation of the first IESE graduating class. Those first executives decided to find a way to maintain close ties with their school and professors and, a

t the same time, to continue their education and their unconditional support of their newly established school. In 53 years, the association has grown alongside IESE and passed on the enthusiasm of those first students to subsequent graduating classes, who have not hesitated to carry on the torch. Today, the association is a living testament to IESE’s diversity all over the world. The IESE Alumni Association constitutes one of the most integrated academic and business communities in the world and maintains one of the highest membership rates in the sector. Terms of Use

Negociar como un superhéroe… en un escenario de leyenda. 💡⚽

El nuevo espacio VIP del Spotify Camp Nou (FC Barcelona) acogió una experiencia única para los Alumni Miembros de IESE: una sesión exclusiva en la que combinamos formación de alto nivel con el privilegio de compartir juntos un entorno icónico.

“Negociar como un superhéroe”, de la mano de los profesores Kandarp Mehta y Albert Fernández, nos invitó a reflexionar sobre cómo negociar con propósito, superar puntos ciegos y tomar decisiones clave en medio de la incertidumbre.

Como señalaba el profesor Mehta: “Un buen negociador, como un superhéroe, no tiene toda la información… pero sí una gran responsabilidad.”

Y eso es precisamente lo que define a esta comunidad.

Gracias a todos los que hicisteis posible este gran encuentro y un año lleno de aprendizajes. Cerramos curso con ilusión renovada por lo que viene: más conocimiento, más conexión, más impacto.

At IESE - Alumni Association, we’ve reached a meaningful milestone: 1,000 alumni have participated in the Career Transition Program. 🚀

More than a number, this milestone represents 1,000 journeys of growth and renewed purpose. Because career transitions are about understanding who we are, our worth and purpose, and where we want to go from there.

This program was created to support alumni through those moments of change — offering tools, guidance and, above all, a space to rediscover themselves and the market. 🙋🏻‍♀️

And it’s our alumni who make it meaningful.
