LESS APP is a range of Online and APP Coaching for who wishes to reduce its dependency to an addiction. First set of programs are related to Alcohol consumption. Launch of Online Coaching is scheduled for beginning of October, and the related APPs before the end of 2015. LESS APP website includes Free Tests for visitors, and the possibility to Register for a Free Trial of one of the coaching programs.

We have very happy to announce that LESS APP ALCOHOL will also be launched in Catalan!

LESS APP ALCOHOL is at the end of its Beta tests, and soon available for Alcohol Reduction Coaching.
But you will soon be able to test yourself; All you will have to do is to select the TEST YOURSELF option in the top main menu after selecting your language. Then, follow the steps:
- Select your Gender
- Select your Most Usual Drinks from the list
- Enter in the calendar the number of each of your Most Usual Drinks for each of the 28 last days
- Answer to the 11 questions of the dependence test
LESS APP ALCOHOL will deliver your personal evaluation of alcohol consumption and dependence.

When you grant your doctor access to your LESS APP file, your doctor can view the data monitored by LESS APP and evaluate your progress.
He also have the possibility to add to your medical file any information he considers relevant.
If you have been prescribed a medication to help you reducing your alcohol consumption, LESS APP expert system will adjust accordingly.
