Looking to apply future models of production, the Reshape Silk Sole is a collaborative exploration merging cross manufacturing protocols and computational design to build structures according to functionality and custom feet comfort.

The design strategy started with simulation of the foot pressure to create a singular path of 3D layering construction. The sneaker sole is conceived following both body needs and efficient manufacturing protocols.

Today we are taking part in the The Fashion Industry 2020-2030: Legal Trends and New Challenges Seminar in Barcelona, organized by the UIA.

The purpose of this seminar is to analyse the new trends and challenges of the fashion industry for the next decade.

The CEO of Noumena group Aldo Sollazzo will present Reshape and speak about the future of 3D printing Industry.

The simulation of every pattern of our 3D Printed textiles from Illusory Catalogue enabled us to decide a variety of possibilities for the desired result and final colour effect. Moreover, the perspective from which the material is seen depending on the angle and movement, convey a different light effect.

The Illusory Catalogue is a 3D printed Textile Collection from the Material Library developed by Reshape inspired by the Moire effect and the beauty behind complex algorithms and interference patterns. Composed by 11 different design iterations with the possibility of custom variations to be applied in a range that goes from interior design to fashion garments.

On this day we want to highlight the urgency to build strong actions to fight for climate change and environmental justice.

Many important environmental events have happened on Earth Day since 1970, including the recent signing of the Paris Agreement, as Earth Day continues to be a momentous and unifying day each and every year.
