Feeling very grateful and lucky to have spend a couple of months with loved ones during the "off season" whilst chipping away at some exciting projects.

My first road ride since I stopped racing, and I loved every minute of it 🌟

It's the taking park that counts these days 🌟 A gorgeous day on the gravel in Scotland. Riding with and meeting new people, I'll definitely be back. 🤗

With a little bit of jet lag, I was straight to it commentating on stage 3 of the UAE tour today with where I will be back again tomorrow for the final stage. 🤗

I received a lot of advice to have a break and live life whilst I had time before real life starts. I would say heading to New Zealand for 2 months after 3 weeks in Japan could be classed as living. Lucky to have some of my favourite people around to make the memories even more special 🫶💫

6 more days of suffering before the season ends, and this chapter closes 💫🤗

End of season training can always be tough mentally, but this year it feels a bit different. Im still finding motivation to be the best I can for in the final races. Luckily, the september sunshine is helping ☀️
