✅¿Fresar sin soltar la viga? Fácil y sencillo.
El pisón hidráulico del modelo BRD se desplaza con el cabezal en el eje X, manteniendo la sujeción del perfil o viga durante todo el mecanizado.
👌Esto hace posible el fresado de contorno, la interpolación de orificios y las operaciones de marcado sin reposicionar la pieza entre operaciones.

The BRD model's hydraulic clamp moves together with the spindle along the X-axis, keeping the beam or profile securely clamped throughout the entire machining process.

Y no es un fresado cualquiera - es la máquina de la gama con más capacidad para ello:

❌¡No más tiempos mu***os en tu producción!
El centro de mecanizado 3RD divide la mesa en dos zonas de trabajo independientes.
Mientras el cabezal mecaniza una pieza en un extremo, el operario prepara, carga o descarga la siguiente en el otro extremo. Todo esto sin detener el trabajo en ningún momento.
