A busy week since the clients left and due diligence completed, contracts signed and deposit paid on this lovely old apartment in .
Clients are happy which is the most important point and we move onto the completion in four weeks or so.

Two days of intense property viewings in , working with buyers from looking to permanently relocate to . And yes we have an offer in on a beautiful property - those first few photos do not reflect just how nice it is but a building from 1916, in the center of town, high ceilings and a reform which maintained all the original charm that you could hope for. Plus a few photos of some additional properties that we visited.
What really caught us all by surprise, one week before arriving in Spain, we had a shortlist of eight homes to visit, by yesterday three were already under offer, showing just how competitive this real estate market can be at the moment.
Fingers crossed our offer is accepted.

A very special view from this terrace in .
A home that I helped buyers acquire last year, I acted as a personal shopper for the buyers who were located overseas. And this terrace being one of three - the house also enjoys sea views from another terrace. Which view shall we enjoy today!

Any opinions here?
I still tend to reserve a table for dinner @ 9pm but when my (now adult) children are coming along, they prefer that we have the table for 8pm.
So is this a trend amongst younger diners to eat earlier?
