Can anyone use CBPL?
Wow, it's really convenient of you to ask that. We're sorry, only professionals can use it. It might help to know that we originally designed cbpl.es for agencies and developers located on the Costa Blanca in Spain. But also agencies located in other countries can easily use our website and collaborate with Spanish brokers. The best thing is that our website is totally free to use!
What can I use it for?
For example: You have a nice property for sale, but cannot find the right client for it. By using our service, other agencies can log in to their private account and view all your uploaded properties on the CBPL website. If they have an interested client for one of your properties, they can easily connect with you. You can arrange a viewing and discuss how the commission will be divided between you and the other agency.
Why should I use CBPL?
For many years, real estate agents on the Costa Blanca work together. One agent has the client, the other agent has the property.
