We knew this day would come and there were signs it might be getting closer over recent months. And now it is with much sadness and tears and love that our wonderful Bosco passed away last night.

Paul and I are in Spain but Carolyn was with him at the Vets as he passed and fortunately we were present over the phone.

He has been with us 15.5 years, a grand long and happy life for a dog. He has been our faithful companion always teaching us lessons by his way of being - being present, keeping it simple, resting and sleeping when tired, eating when hungry, stopping when full, exercising every day, being polite, being welcoming, asking for hugs, connecting with everyone, being curious, and above all being loving.

I’ve walked with him many hundreds of miles in beautiful places I probably would never have gone without him. We’ve sat together and enjoyed special moments indoors and outdoors just being together.

He will be missed massively and never forgotten.
