El edificio de oficinas Llull 122 promovido por CONREN TRAMWAY está entre las 25 obras finalistas al premio CSCAE que otorga el Consejo Superior de Arquitectos de España . Los premios se anunciarán el próximo 9 de junio en Madrid.

Un nuevo reconocimiento para el edificio Llull, promovido por CONREN TRAMWAY, que ayer en la Ceremonia celebrada en Madrid, fue distinguido como finalista de los Premios (Ministerio de Vivienda y Agencia Urbana) en el apartado ES_INNOVACIÓN. /
Nos hace una especial ilusión que nos hayan distinguido en este apartado.

VHIR Signage. New project on our website /
The project consists of interior and exterior signage for the VHIR building without altering the essence of the concrete, metal, and wood of the structure.
A typographic intervention that avoids physical supports, blending seamlessly with the architecture and using the building’s textures as a canvas.
The typography adapts to the scale of each space, from the monumental facade to the human and precise scale of the internal pathways.
The graphic design is not added to the building, but rather emanates from it, achieving an honest coexistence between information and material.
The exterior signage is created using paint glazes applied in layers by hand directly onto the concrete.
The interior signage is made with high-adhesion vinyl applied directly to heterogeneous surfaces: wood, metal, concrete, and glass. This technique allows for integration with the architecture without the need for mechanical elements./

Offices for ALGAM Ibérica on Garcilaso Street in Barcelona. The project naturally continues the work carried out in 2006 by BAAS (with ) to double the office space and create a showroom for their products. ALGAM is a distributor of equipment for music and event professionals. Photography

Some details from a recent visit to VHIR…

New sign for VHIR by BAAS and . The sign meets the need to advertise the building without adding a foreign element to the architecture, but rather using its own tools. The same topography and color applied to the interior signage on the concrete is enlarged and applied to the top of the building, allowing it to fold naturally over the architecture itself, suggesting the access point.
