Hustle culture doesnât build health â it builds burnout.
When urgency becomes your baseline, your nervous system stays in survival mode. You may look productive on the outside, but inside, youâre trading vitality for performance. When you train the body to ignore signals like fatigue, hunger, pain, emotional needs, boredomâand treat them as obstacles. Over time your ability to feel internal states gets blunted. Thatâs how people become âhigh functioning but disconnected.â

Many high achievers excel at ignoring early warning signs. They ignore or downsize the early signs and push harder, ghost themselves...
I was one of them.
Fatigue became normal.
Poor sleep became routine.
Until my body forced a pause I could no longer ignore last year.
That experience is why I do this âto intervene and educate before itâs too late.

My favourite topic - Supplements
Supplements CAN help support your body where needed. But for the love of god stop popping them like candy or take more than 3 at a time.
Also there is a HUUUUGE difference between medical grade supplements and over the counter ones (aka kruidvat)
Quality is important and also if they have been tested. There are so many BS white label branded companies eager for your money.
Another thing that is crucial in my opinion to know
IF you need it
WHICH one is right for you
HOW long to take it for
That's why I do a deep heath assessment and if needed extra testing to determine what needs to be adressed first. It is NOT a quick fix as we evaluate with bio-feedback (how you feel, how your body responds,...)
And even more important do you master the basics? You know the non-sexy stuff? Movement, sleep, hydration, nutrition, social contact,....
That is what I will be doing in my up coming Align program - 10 week program - 10 pilars of health. So you are set for lasting longevity đ«¶

Burnout doesnât always have to look dramatic.
Often things like ...
Discipline without joy.

Especially for women in hormonal transition.
The body adapts by slowing metabolism and increasing fatigue.
This isnât failure.
Itâs survival.
And what's next? Surviving on less then 1200kcal/day... that's just insane

I moved ... twice đ
, started teaching in 3 different locations, scored myself employement so yes a lot can happen in 2 weeks. But without aligned action I can garantee not much will happen! Without action you probably even may feel like life is happening to you or that you are running on autopilot and you feel stuck or stagnant.
My advise: MOVE! move your body! I promise you, you'll feel better. You maybe get some new ideas, insights. Your mood will change and so much more...
