Roca Verde Rentals has two properties in Asturias, Spain: an apartment in Teverga + a house in Quirós
Casa Quiros is a picture-book pretty, traditional stone-built Asturian house that has been recently renovated to a high standard. La Senda del Oso está cerrado hasta el viernes 29 de Sept. Son los 10 km desde el parking de Entrago hasta Caranga Baxu. Entonces no hay acesso a las paredes durante el día mientras trabajan 😬😬 Está cortado el acesso a Entecampos, Esplanada, Eléctrico, Pingalagua, Pared Negra y tal. La única cosa es que por la tarde después de las horas de trabajo, y una vez han ido, se puede ir. Obviante las escuelas afuera de esta zona sigue sin problemas.
La Send de oso is shut until Fri 29th for repairs so there's no access to any of the sectors next to the Senda like Entecampos, Esplanada, Eléctrico, Pingalagua, Pared Negra etc.
The only time you can get in is when they have finished work for the evening.

La Bocandia, un sitio un poco olvidado pero una vez vuelves es obvio que es un sitio con mucho calidad y un montón de vias chulisimas. Muchas gracias a Diego, y Pablo por su trabajo tremendo en abrir el sector. Un sector que merece la pena especialmente si escalas en los séptimos, entre 7a y 7c. Sobra después de las tres.

La Bocandia, a bit forgotten but we'll worth a visit with a ton of great routes across the grades especially if you're climbing in the mid 7s. Shade after 3pm too.

For all the cyclists out there!! The Vuelta de Espana 2023 has two stages in Asturias - one of which passes literally under the windows of Roca Verde Apartment in San Martin, Teverga and the other finishes close by on the legendary Angliru.
So if you fancy seeing these amazing cyclists up close and then getting your arse kicked chasing their Strava times get your booking in early.
La Vuelta dates are Wednesday 13th for the Angliru stage and Thursday 14th for the Linares stage. (I rode this recently and it's a killer hill without riding 160km first).
