1. Sales Executive:-
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present and promote the company’s products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare simple sales reports and follow up with customers.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Accounts Payable Accountant :-

Responsibilities:
- Review and verify supplier invoices and ensure they match purchase orders.
- Record accounts payable journal entries accurately.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process supplier payments according to company policies.
- Maintain organized and accurate supplier records.
- Prepare aging reports and periodic payment schedules.
- Handle and reconcile petty cash and close employee advances.
- Ensure all advances are cleared and documented properly according to financial procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (ERP).
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
