Position 1: Working Architect Design Architect
Position 2: Design Architect
Experience: 5–8 years professional experience

Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and technical development of projects from concept through construction

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory bodies

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Oversee quality control and ensure design intent is maintained throughout

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture

Proven experience in project leadership and client communication

Strong proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds max, Corona)

Exceptional design thinking and problem-solving ability

Coordinate with consultants and internal teams

Develop construction drawings and detail packages

Key Responsibilities (Visualization Architect):
Produce high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and presentations

Collaborate closely with design team to translate concepts into visuals

Manage visualization timelines and deliverables

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

Strong technical or visualization skills (Revit, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona)

Attention to detail and ability to work independently
