فكروا معايا في شخصية نيللي في#مسلسل_لام_شمسية ياترى فعلا وراها سر - الهستيريا التحولية ببساطه هي حالة نفسية يترجم فيها الشخص ضغوطه النفسية إلى أعراض جسدية، زي فقدان القدرة على الحركة أو الكلام ، دون وجود سبب طبي واضح. وبيحصل ده نتيجة آليات دفاعية في العقل اللاواعي، لان الشخص بيحاول الهروب من التوتر أو الصدمة النفسية عن طريق تحويلها إلى أعراض جسدية. - لو حاولنا كبت الالم النفسي جسمنا هيعبر عنه في صورة الم جسدي و ده بيفسرلنا ليه فيه امراض جسديه بتجيلنا بدون تفسير طبي لسبب حدوثها او ليه الجسم مش مستجيب للعلاج الدوائي.. الحل هنا في العلاج النفسي - الشخص اللي مر بحادثه سيئه بيكون عقلة منتبه للحدث ده ومؤشراته ، اكتر من باقي الاشخاص، عقلة بيكون شادد ١٠٠ خط تحت تفاصيل الحدث ومجرد ما بيظهر مؤشر لحدوثه تاني حتى مع شخص اخر العقل بيشغل جهاز الانذار انه بيتعاد تاني وفيه شخص هنا في خطر فبيكون رد الفعل زي ما احنا شوفنا كده - الشخص اللي مر بتجربة سيئه بيكون قلقان وخايف دايما فبينعكس ده في محاولته لتأمين وتنظيم البيئه والاحداث اللي حواليه بمثاليه علشان يحس بأمان و انه مش هيحصل حاجة سيئه #العلاج_بالفن #ارشاد_نفسي #العلاج_المعرفي_السلوكي #الاضطرابات_النفسية #علم_النفس #لام_شمسية #امينه_خليل #Asmaa_HaSsan
