Job Overview
Balance Innovation is looking for a part-time Business Developer to generate new business opportunities and bring B2B projects to the company.
The primary responsibility is to identify, approach, and secure new design & build projects, particularly with corporate clients.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in real estate, corporate offices, developers, consultants, or business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities
Generate qualified leads and convert them into projects
Approach potential clients (companies, developers, consultants, landlords, brands)
Arrange meetings and introductions with decision-makers
Present Balance Innovation’s services and value proposition
Coordinate with the internal design/technical team during pre-sales
Support negotiations until project award
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and active leads
Target Clients (Examples)
Corporate offices & headquarters
Developers & real estate investors
Retail & commercial brands
Clinics, banks, co-working spaces
Hotels & serviced apartments
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Strong B2B network (design, construction, real estate, corporate sectors)
Understanding of design & build / fit-out / interior projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation
Attractive commission per secured project
Commission structure to be agreed based on project value

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architecture and Interior Design Technical Drawings Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed technical drawings for architectural and interior design projects, with a keen eye for precision and a passion for innovative design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed architectural and interior design technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create and modify technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of design documentation and project files.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise to support project goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
