Marketising agency is hiring admin officer with the following responsibilities:
• Meeting the walk in customers and explaining to them Marketising range of services;
• Answering customers’ calls and direct them to the responsible department;
• Follow up with sales and ex*****on departments to assure that the work process and in time
• Make in door sales approaches if needed;
• using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
• managing filing systems;
• recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
• organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
• maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
• ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload, often by using temping agencies;
• responding to customer enquiries and complaints either by mail of by phone calls;
• depending on the organization, duties of the role may extend to the management of social media.

Qualifications
• Communication skills;
• Excellent in MS office;
• Excellent in internet and mailing communications;

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
• Preferred to be a female
• Very good in English
