Hot take 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Globally, there’s a lot of responsibility placed on teachers to adapt and modify. This happens often with limited resources, funding, school support, and acknowledgment of classroom realities. This puts teachers in a really difficult position often pitted against parents, when everyone should be working together as a team.
Furthermore, in international schools, there’s often zero indication, knowledge, or information as to how a child will graduate from their academic career.
For international schools, the first step is to acknowledge there are students with disabilities and diverse abilities in their schools.
Set a plan for graduation. Parents need to know their child won’t be kicked out of the school if they report a learning or intellectual disability.
How will you support that child in their school environment? Teachers?

Hello everyone,
Our workshop today is from 5:00-6:30pm. We are learning about feelings and expressing ourselves using extended emotional vocabulary.
Today is for kids ages 8-11 but we can also host one for adults soon 😉
Call or send us a WhatsApp on 011 15439994 to reserve your spot.
This was one of those “my heart is full” moments. We went through the whole alphabet using proper letter formation and a flashlight. The best part was how it started. He burst into my center, eyes shining, proudly announcing that he had a laser and *intended to use it*. Instead of taking it away, I said, “Omg yes, I’m so glad you brought that. I really need it for today’s lesson!” My word choice turned what could have been a power struggle into a moment of connection, shifting the whole session into something joyful, cooperative, and completely positive.
Cuteness overload 😍
