This Pohela Boishakh, on April 14, I experienced my first-ever Night Run—and it turned out to be something truly special. The event, organized by Taan Raat SportX Bangladesh, was well-managed and full of energy from start to finish.
Crossing the finish line was just the beginning of the experience. What followed was a comforting post-race meal—warm rice, lentils, mashed potatoes, vegetables, and hilsa fish. For an event of this scale, I wasn’t expecting much from the food, but it pleasantly surprised me. Simple, yet satisfying.
Adding to the festive spirit were sweet treats like cotton candy and jalebi, bringing a touch of nostalgia and celebration to the morning.
All in all, it was a vibrant and memorable start to the Bangla New Year—one that I’d definitely love to experience again.

This year wasn’t about breaking records.
It was about showing up and staying consistent.
One 10K.
Three half marathons.
And one 25K that tested patience more than pace.
I wasn’t the same runner in every race.
Sometimes tired, sometimes stronger—but always moving forward. Each event taught me that progress doesn’t have to be fast, it just has to be honest.
These photos aren’t just finish lines.
They’re moments from the journey.
A new year ahead.
Running at my own pace.

Running on an international stage, carrying my nation’s flag with pride. More than a half marathon—this was about representing my country, my roots and my journey.
