Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and services.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and planning teams to define technical specifications and requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any supply issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain and update supplier database, price lists, and procurement records.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
