✨️We're Hiring "Sales Executive — Remote"

As part of our ongoing expansion, ExCraft Academy is looking for a Sales Executive to join our sales team on a fully remote basis.

🚀Key Responsibilities
• Respond to and manage inbound leads and inquiries received via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Build clear, professional, and trust-based relationships with prospective trainees and clients.
• Provide accurate information on ExCraft's training programs, pricing, and enrollment process.
• Follow up proactively with leads and guide them through the sales process to close deals.
• Take ownership of achieving the monthly sales target assigned by the Academy.
• Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and deal progress.
• Represent ExCraft Academy professionally in every interaction.

🚀Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and consistently meet targets.
• Good understanding of sales and customer service principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a genuine commitment to achieving sales targets while managing time effectively in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in e-learning or the education sector is a plus.

🔥Compensation
• Basic salary + target-based commission.
