We’re looking for " Site Technical Office Engineer "
with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Review design drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
Review and submit the shop drawings received from the Head Office
Follow up on shop drawing and material submittals & RFIs. Prioritize requirements per the project ex*****on plan and identify any missing or delayed submissions.
Prepare, submit, and get approval for quantity surveying from the consultant for all disciplines of B.O.Q.
Prepare Subcontractors Quantity Surveying & invoices in accordance with Subcontractors contracts.
Prepare technical and status reports (Daily, weekly, and Monthly) required by the consultant.
Collaborate with the site management team, internal departments, PMC, and the client representatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
5 years of experience, preferably in a site position.
Strong knowledge of standards, codes, and local regulations.
The capability of proposing solutions to technical issues and implementing design updates.
Ability to prepare materials quantity take-offs and subcontractor invoicing.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Skills: Quantity Surveying, Invoices Issuing.
Software Skills: AutoCAD, Excel, Revit is a plus.
