• Review and analyze proposal documents and lead envisioning sessions with OMS clients for clear comprehension of business needs
• Lead scope definition and detailing, validating with project manager and client counterpart.
• Report on detailed scope, detailed solution and technical specs to develop and implement solutions, engaging client for buy in and approval and communicate finalized and approved documents to projects stakeholders
• Review deliverables’ quality of business analysts engaged at other and different ends
• Follow project deadlines and schedules as communicated by project management
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user interface specifications, outputs, and general system requirements.
• Lead development of process flows, use cases, detailed system requirements specification.
• Develop project collaterals, e.g., Help Manuals, User Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Engineering or related, plus at least 5 years’ relevant progressive full-time paid experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager or related, accepted as equivalent.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Specialty in one or more of the following business domains is a plus: EAI, SOA, BPM, Big Data & Analytics, EPM/PPM
