The Engineering Academy is Back – Elevate your engineering career with our training academy.

The ContrackFM Engineer Academy is a dynamic 3-month development program designed to attract, nurture, and onboard high-potential recent graduates (Electrical & Mechanical Engineering) into our thriving team.

This year, we’re looking for candidates who not only boast strong academic achievements but also showcase a proactive attitude, ambition, and a spirit of collaboration—traits that drive success and innovation.

Participants will stay with ContrackFM for the entire duration of the program, gaining valuable experience and skills to kickstart their engineering careers.

Required Positions:The Academy welcomes graduates from Engineering Faculties with a minimum academic standing of "Good" or higher, from the current year or the previous year.

The program offers two specialization tracks:

-Electrical Engineering
-Mechanical Engineering
