✅مصفوفة الأولويات ستيفن كوفي ✅
عبارة عن نظرية لمساعدة الأشخاص من خلالها على تحديد أولوياتهم تجاه جوانب حياتهم المختلفة ومعرفة الأهمية التي يجب أن يعطيها الفرد لكل مهمة وعمل لديه، وتقدر من هنا بترتيب أمورك بناء على ذلك بحسب المهم فالأهم فالأقل أهمية.
وهي من افضل النماذج اللي بتساعدنا في انجاز مهام كثير طبقا لاهمية كل مهمة .
⬅️المصفوفة عبارة عن مربع كبير متقسم الي اربع مربعات كالتالي :
1️⃣*لمربع الاول من المصفوفة DO First نفذ اولا (هام وعاجل)
الطوارئ و المفاجأت و نجد أن الأنشطة هنا مهمة وعاجلة وعليك أن تؤديها بنفسك
(اذا كانت نسبة الاعمال الطارئة والمفاجئة في حياتك كبيرة فأنت في حاجة الى مراجعة نفسك والاهتمام بالمربع الثاني )
2️⃣*المربع الثاني Schedule :التخطيط و الابداع ( هام وغير عاجل )
نجد أن الأنشطة مهمة وغير عاجلة وعليك أن تؤديها بنفسك ولكن لا بد من جدولتها لأوقات أخرى
3️⃣*المربع الثالث Delegate :الاستجابة للضغوط (غير هام ولكنه عاجل)
نجد أن الأنشطة غير مهمة لكنها عاجلة ، عليك أن تستعين بشخص آخر ليقوم بها بدلا منك ،
4️⃣*المربع الرابع Avoid :ضياع الوقت و الجهد (غير هام وغير عاجل)
نجد أن الأنشطة غير مهمة وغير عاجلة فعليك أن تتجنبها
