CANEX Aluminum is hiring a Receptionist & Project
Coordinator

Job Descriptions and Tasks:

- Answer Company Incoming Calls
- Attend to Reception Area
- Receive Guests and Attend to their Inquiries and Needs
- Coordinate between visitors and Various Company Departments
- Attend to Various Admin Tasks
- Act as coordinator between Company departments and Workshops located at the Premises in terms of:

* Meeting the support the Workshop needs in terms of Logistics, administrative and Materials Provision
* Following up on Ongoing Projects with Each workshop and reporting on feedback
* Requesting or Issuing Invoices, Purchase Orders and any other Documentation Forms related to the Workshops
* Maintaining Clear, effective and proper communication Channels between the Company and the Workshops through following the work flow and policies and Procedures
* Reporting on ongoing tasks to the Direct Supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Suitable university degree
- Experience from 1 to 3 years
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Excellent Command Of English and Arabic Languages (Written and Spoken)
- Other Languages are a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Presentable
- Females only
- October & Sheikh Zayed residents or nearby
