**Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Dental Team as a Receptionist!**

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental center, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care.

**Position:** Receptionist
**Location:** 124 Omar Ibn Khatab, Almaza, Masr Gdida (close to public transport)
**Hours:** 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist patients professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient records with confidentiality
- Process payments and handle inquiries
- Answer phone calls and provide patient support
- Reply to page messages

**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, organized, and able to multitask
- Reside nearby the clinic
- Proficiency in English (moderate to excellent)
- Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Word and Excel )
- Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus

**Salary:** Based on experience, to be discussed during the interview

- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية وتقديم الدعم للمرضى
- الرد على رسائل الصفحة

**المتطلبات:**
- مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة
- ودود ومنظم وقادر على القيام بمهام متعددة
- الإقامة بالقرب من العيادة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (من مستوى متوسط إلى ممتاز)
- مهارات الحاسوب (مثل برامج Microsoft Office Word , Excel )
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في عيادة طب الأسنان أو عيادة طبية
