Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Nextep Construction was once again entrusted to deliver Phase 2 of a leading International healthcare companyโ€™s headquarters expansion in District 5, Cairo.
Delivered under the project management of Savills, this milestone reflects a continued partnership built on trust, precision, and a shared commitment to excellence.
A key highlight of the project is the integration of carpet flooring and ECOcero acoustic systems; both exclusively distributed by Nextep Construction in Egypt.
