🎯🔎 We’re hiring at ERGO: Strategic Research & Insights Lead

Help partners and clients make smarter bets.

You’ll run end-to-end mixed-methods programs—turning field signals and data into sharp strategy, opportunity maps, and testable bets across sectors (public services, health, sustainability, digital transformation, workforce, and more).

— What you’ll do —
Design the research engine: surveys, interview guides, sampling plans, JTBD frameworks
Run the field: lead/QA quantitative & qualitative work; train and coach researchers
Analyze & synthesize: data → segments, personas, journeys, jobs, unmet needs
Size & prioritize: opportunity sizing, impact/feasibility scoring, risk/assumption logs
Translate to action: insight decks, decision briefs, pilots/experiments to validate

— You might be a fit if you —
Have 10–15 yrs leading mixed-methods work (consulting, market intel, policy, social impact)
Are fluent in quant + qual and triangulation; portfolio shows both rigor and clarity
Master at least one analytical tool (SPSS, R, NVivo, Dedoose, Python, etc.)
Turn human insights into design principles and strategy—not just reports
Communicate crisply (visual stories, exec-ready narratives) and manage complex timelines
Bilingual (Arabic/English) and comfortable across diverse contexts
