4+ years of experience in the events field.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
Creative mindset with a strong background in art and design.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and proactive in managing client needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client accounts.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
3. Monitor account performance, provide regular updates, and resolve issues to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
4. Identify opportunities for account growth and support strategies that contribute to client retention and long-term success

Shift Experience is looking for a 3D Team Leader to our team.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in the events field.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts or Interior Design.
• Strong leadership , communication skills and team management.
• Proficiency in 3D design software and 3D max.
• Previous experience in 3D design and Spaces Design.
• Knowledge of rendering techniques and optimization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of 3D designers, ensuring project completion on time.
2. Delegate tasks, review work, and maintain quality standards.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
4. Contribute to 3D asset creation and integration into projects.
