شارك مكتب هندسية في المسابقة المعمارية المنظمة من قبل الإتحاد المصري لمقاولي التشييد والبناء لتصميم مبني إداري بغرب مدينة نصر.

حاول مكتب هندسية طرح حلول معمارية تعزز من مقاومة المبنى للعوامل المحيطة وفي نفس الوقت تصميم مبني بسيط وحديث جذاب مع أقصي إستفادة ممكنة من مساحة الأرض.

إبتكر مكتب هندسية حل معماري حديث وهو عبارة عن 4 كتل بإرتفاعات مختلفة للتقليل من حجم كتلة المبني الضخمة.

كما تم إستخدام فتحات رأسية حديثة الشكل لتوفير الإضاءة اللازمة مع كسر الشمس للواجهة الشرقية والغربية الطويلة للمبني.

صمم المسقط بأسلوب يسمح بمرونة لتوزيع مكاتب بمساحات مختلفة من150م₂ إلي 1000م₂.

Village Central Library (Coastal location) – Egypt This is the second site for the village library, a small site on the east coast of Egypt overlooking the Suez Canal. The concept captures some elelmtes of marine buildings and light houses, and reintrburate in the design of the library. The plan takes advantage of the sea view, placing the important elemets of the library overlooking the coat with big glass windows. All administrative and service areas are located on the street side, creating an acoustical and visual transitional space between the busy noisy street and the quit reading areas.
