وفكرة إن المديرالتقليدي بقى مفهوم outdated وحاجه من الزمن القديم .
طيب ايه الفرق وايه الافضل ؟!
مفيش شخصية أفضل من التانية لإن الاتنين مطلوبين ، وأفضل صورة إن الاتنين يبقوا balanced ومفيش صفة طاغية على التانية ، وبرضوا بتعتمد على طبيعه وظيفتك ؛ فمثلاً إنك تبقى مدير حسابات غير إنك تبقى مدير بيع ، وحسب المواقف اللى بتتعرض ليها يومياً .
القيادة - Leadership
دايماً مرتبطة بالتعامل مع الجانب الإنسانى للفريق اللى معاك .

* Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
* Build relationships with new customers, maintain and grow existing customer database.
* Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
* Educate customers about company services financial and professional benefits.
* Promote company services within the assigned territory.
* Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new services, and market conditions to understand customer’s specific needs and requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Effective interpersonal skills.
* Motivated, results-driven, dynamic with accountability for continuous improvement.
* Male or female.
* Previous experience of 1 year is preferred.
