A contemporary interpretation of Egypt’s rich cultural identity, inspired by Gaston Maspero’s legacy of discovery, preservation, and storytelling.
From sculptural arches and layered textures to warm palettes and curated materials, every detail was designed to create an immersive guest experience rooted in emotion, atmosphere, and timeless Egyptian character.

As part of Arkan Palm’s partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts to bring new hospitality experiences to the 205 development in West Cairo, El Ghoneimi International is designing Egypt’s first Holiday Inn Express.
Inspired by west Cairo’s vibrant culture, energy, and timeless rhythm, the project reflects a contemporary expression of the city within the heart of 205.
